Rotary Club member Gina Arcari conducted a Careers Connect talk at Kennedy College in New Ross on November 18. Gina’s talk was on Starting Your First Job – What You Need to Know. Gina, with years of experience in HR and management in multi-national companies has vast experience and knowledge in this field.
The talk covered topics like employment contracts, minimum wage entitlements, sick pay, registering with revenue, taxes and much more. This talk provided students with invaluable information as they embark on the start of their career journey.
