Rotary Club member Calodagh McCumiskey, an accredited master practitioner in Wellbeing and founder of Spiritual Earth, gave a talk on Wellbeing to the students at Coláiste Bríde in Enniscorthy.
Calodagh’s enlightening talk explored how our minds work, emotional and mental fitness, positive signals and distortion along with highlighting both positive and negative behaviors that influence our wellbeing.
