Rotary Club member Gina Arcari conducted a Careers Connect talk at Youth Train on November 11. Gina’s talk was on Starting Your First Job – What You Need to Know. This talk topic was recently added to the Careers Connect portfolio of talks and has proved to be exceptionally popular. The talk covered topics like employment contracts, minimum wage entitlements, sick pay, registering with revenue, taxes and much more. This talk provided students with invaluable information as they embark on the start of their career journey.
